2. Quotes and estimates

Quotes are based on the information available at the time. If extra work, parts or access issues are discovered, we will discuss this before continuing where reasonably possible.

3. Bookings and access

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property, work area, services and parking where required.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before or during the job. Materials, staged payments or deposits may be required depending on the size and type of work.

5. Materials and parts

Materials supplied remain chargeable as part of the work. Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant.

6. Cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange a booking.

7. Workmanship

We aim to complete work professionally and to a good standard. If you have any concern after work is completed, contact us as soon as possible so we can review it.

8. Gas work

Gas work is only carried out by appropriately qualified Gas Safe registered engineers.
